Earns Victory With 18 Saves Against Florida Panthers

Minnesota Wild goaltender Jesper Wallstedt earned a win in Thursday's road game against the Florida Panthers, stopping 18 shots in a 3-2 victory. Confirmed as the starter earlier in the day, Wallstedt guarded the visiting cage effectively to help Minnesota secure two points. The victory helps the Wild maintain their position in the Central Division standings. Wallstedt's performance provided the necessary stability for the Wild to overcome a late push by the Panthers.
