Set to Join Senators for Upcoming Two-Game Road Trip

Jake Sanderson is making progress in his recovery from an upper-body injury and is scheduled to travel with the Ottawa Senators for their upcoming two-game road trip. According to Julian McKenzie of The Athletic, the defenseman's inclusion on the trip is a positive sign for his eventual return to the lineup. While his specific status for the games remains to be determined, his presence with the team indicates he is nearing a return to action for the Senators' defensive unit very soon.
