Kevin Durant Posts 18 Points in Rematch Loss to Lakers

Kevin Durant recorded 18 points (7-11 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-3 FT), six rebounds, four assists, and two steals in 38 minutes during Wednesday's 124-116 loss to the Lakers. Seeking redemption after taking accountability for a previous loss to Los Angeles, Durant was expected to lead the Rockets to a bounce-back victory. Despite his efforts to anchor the team's strategy, the Rockets fell short in the rematch.
