Cole Caufield Hits 40-Goal Milestone in Overtime Win

Cole Caufield reached the 40-goal mark for the first time in his career, scoring the overtime winner 4:38 into the extra frame to lead the Canadiens to a 3-2 victory over the Bruins. He is the first Montreal player to hit 40 goals since the 1993-94 season. Caufield, who has been exceptionally dominant against Boston this year, tapped in a pass from Nick Suzuki to secure the win, helping the Canadiens snap a two-game losing streak.
