Kuemper Stops 21 Shots in 4-1 Win Over Rangers

After entering Monday's start with a 3.50 GAA and .866 save percentage over his previous six appearances, Darcy Kuemper rebounded to secure a 4-1 victory against the Rangers. Kuemper stopped 21 of 22 shots, with his bid for a third shutout of the season spoiled only by a Vincent Trocheck power-play goal early in the third period. The win follows a recent stretch of inconsistent play for the Kings goaltender.
