Pat Riley Defends Adebayo After 83-Point Outburst

Pat Riley defended Bam Adebayo against criticism regarding his recent 83-point performance against the Wizards, calling the backlash 'bulls--t.' Adebayo's historic night included an NBA-record 36 free throws made. It was later revealed that Adebayo's grandmother passed away at age 83 just five days before the game. Coach Erik Spoelstra also defended the performance, noting that the team was shorthanded due to injuries to players like Tyler Herro and Norman Powell.
