Nikita Kucherov Reaches 1,100 Career Points Milestone

Nikita Kucherov reached the 1,100-point plateau in his 863rd career game during Thursday's 4-1 victory over Detroit. He contributed two assists in the win, extending his current point streak to four games with 10 points (2G, 8A) in that span. Kucherov is the 14th player born outside North America to hit this milestone and the fourth-fastest to do so. The win keeps the Lightning in a tight race with Buffalo for the top spot in the Atlantic Division.
