Cole Caufield Ruled Out for Wednesday's Game Against Senators

Montreal Canadiens forward Cole Caufield will not play in Wednesday's game against the Ottawa Senators due to an illness. Caufield, who was feeling under the weather during the third period of Tuesday's contest against the Maple Leafs, is currently sidelined as a virus spreads through the team's locker room. Alexandre Texier will replace him in the lineup. The 25-year-old may return for Saturday's home game against the Sharks.
