Bam Adebayo Scores Historic 83 Points in Win Over Wizards

Bam Adebayo recorded the second-highest single-game total in NBA history, scoring 83 points in a 150-129 victory over Washington. He set league records with 36 made free throws on 43 attempts. While the performance drew scrutiny regarding late-game stat-padding and officiating, Adebayo surpassed Kobe Bryant's 81-point mark. Despite the controversy, the feat is being framed as a celebration of the competitive spirit Bryant famously championed.
