Stuart Skinner to Start Tuesday Against Hurricanes

Skinner will start in goal for Tuesday's road game against Carolina. He is currently mired in a four-game losing streak, posting an 0-1-3 record with a 2.90 GAA during that span. Skinner continues to split duties with Arturs Silovs. He faces a difficult task securing his 20th win of the season as the Penguins will be without key contributors Sidney Crosby (lower body) and Evgeni Malkin (suspension).
