Vladimir Tarasenko Stopped in Shootout Loss to Avalanche

Vladimir Tarasenko was denied by goaltender Scott Wedgewood in the shootout during Sunday's 3-2 loss to the Colorado Avalanche. The defeat snapped a strong run for the Wild, who had won eight of their previous 10 games. Minnesota, currently among the top four teams in the league by points, will look to rebound when they host Utah on Tuesday.
