Viktor Arvidsson Nets Breakaway Winner Against Capitals

Arvidsson scored the go-ahead goal on a breakaway 4:28 into the third period to lead the Bruins to a 3-1 victory over the Washington Capitals. The win marked Boston's 12th consecutive home victory. Arvidsson's decisive goal came off a short backhand pass from Casey Mittelstadt, as he slipped a wrister over Logan Thompson's left pad. The Bruins remain undefeated at TD Garden in 2026.
