Jarrett Allen Ruled Out for Sunday's Clash Against Boston

Jarrett Allen has been officially ruled out for Sunday's game against the Celtics due to a right knee injury sustained during Tuesday's win over the Pistons. The veteran center is currently day-to-day and could potentially return for the second leg of the back-to-back set against the 76ers. In his absence, Thomas Bryant is the primary candidate to enter the Cavaliers' starting lineup.
