Payton Pritchard Mired in Significant Shooting Slump as Playoffs Approach

Payton Pritchard is navigating a major offensive slump, scoring just 88.9 points per 100 shots over his last six games—ranking in the 5th percentile. His two-point shooting has plummeted to 35.5%, a 20.8% drop from his season average. Despite the Celtics' 8-0 record when he scores 20+, Pritchard has recently posted two scoreless games of 24+ minutes. While Jayson Tatum's return may alleviate pressure, Pritchard's struggles against elite teams like the Knicks and 76ers remain a concern.
