Matthew Wood Nets Two Goals in Predators' 6-3 Win Over Bruins

Matthew Wood scored twice, including a shorthanded goal, to lead the Nashville Predators to a 6-3 victory over the Boston Bruins. The 21-year-old also saw time at center, winning six of nine faceoffs, as the team manages roster absences. Wood now has 12 goals and 21 points in 51 games. His performance marked his second career multi-goal game, and he remains an intriguing speculative addition as Nashville pivots toward a youth movement down the stretch.
