Veteran defenseman Luke Schenn was traded from the Winnipeg Jets to the Buffalo Sabres on Thursday as part of a package deal. The 36-year-old has recorded one goal and seven points in 46 games this season. Schenn brings extensive experience, including two Stanley Cup championships and over 1,100 NHL games, to a Buffalo blue line looking to bolster its depth for a playoff push. He joins the team alongside fellow defenseman Logan Stanley.
