Darius Garland Ruled Out Friday for Rest

Darius Garland will miss Friday's game against the San Antonio Spurs due to left toe injury management. The Clippers are opting to rest the guard for the first half of their back-to-back set after he logged 24 minutes in Wednesday's loss to the Pacers. Kris Dunn and Kobe Sanders are expected to see increased minutes in his absence.
