Jack Eichel Receives Mixed Reception in Buffalo During Olympic Honor
Vegas Golden Knights forward Jack Eichel, a U.S. Olympic gold medalist, received a rare cheer in Buffalo during a pre-game ceremony honoring Olympians, but was booed each time he touched the puck once play began. Eichel, who played for the Sabres for six seasons, participated in a ceremonial opening faceoff with Tage Thompson. He will be honored at home in Vegas on Friday.
