Canucks Recall Defenceman Victor Mancini from AHL Ahead of Hurricanes Game

The Vancouver Canucks have recalled defenceman Victor Mancini from the AHL in preparation for Wednesday's home game against the Carolina Hurricanes. This recall comes as Tyler Myers is held out for roster management and Pierre-Olivier Joseph is sidelined with an upper-body injury. Mancini, who had a strong training camp, has skated in 10 games for the Canucks this season and has four goals and eight assists in 33 AHL games. He is expected to play, contributing to a younger Canucks D-core.
