Ty Jerome Cleared to Play Tuesday, Averaging 19.6 PPG Since Return

Grizzlies guard Ty Jerome has been cleared to play in Tuesday's game against the Timberwolves, returning after missing two matchups with a bruised left thigh. He is expected to start at point guard, which would send Scotty Pippen back to the bench. Since returning from injury in late January, Jerome has averaged 19.6 points over eight games, shooting 41.2% from beyond the arc, making him a primary scorer for the shorthanded Memphis team.
