Jose Alvarado Excels for Knicks, Sets Franchise Record Since Trade

Jose Alvarado, acquired by the New York Knicks on February 5, has quickly become a fan favorite. He made franchise history by becoming the first Knick to record 25+ points, 5+ steals, and 5+ three-pointers off the bench in a single game. Alvarado is averaging 8.4 points, 2.9 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 1.7 steals in under 20 minutes per game, contributing to a 19.9 net rating. While his three-point shooting is 20% (excluding an outlier game), his impact is significant, though his minutes may be affected by Deuce McBride's return.
