Nuggets' Johnson Exits Game with Ankle Soreness, Doesn't Return

Denver Nuggets' Cameron Johnson exited Sunday's 117-108 loss to the Timberwolves in the fourth quarter due to right ankle soreness and did not return. Initially cleared to play despite inflammation, he finished with zero points (0-6 FG, 0-4 3Pt), four rebounds, and three assists across 23 minutes, struggling significantly. Johnson, who was questionable then doubtful to return, faces a short turnaround for Monday's game in Utah. Bruce Brown, Tim Hardaway, and Spencer Jones are candidates for increased minutes if he misses further time.
