Alabama Supreme Court Denies Bediako's NCAA Eligibility Appeal
The Alabama Supreme Court has denied Charles Bediako's emergency motion for an interim injunction, preventing him from playing for the University of Alabama this season while he appeals his NCAA eligibility case. Bediako, a former NBA G League player, filed a lawsuit against the NCAA after his request to return to collegiate competition was denied. He had previously played five games under a temporary restraining order before a judge ruled against him. Bediako is currently playing for Canada in FIBA World Cup qualifiers.
