Stephon Castle Cleared to Play, Scores 18 in Spurs' Win

Stephon Castle, initially listed as questionable with left hip tightness, was cleared to play Thursday against the Nets and delivered 18 points in the Spurs' 126-110 victory. He scored 13 points by the end of the first quarter, including a spectacular two-handed dunk off the opening tip. Castle had previously scored in double figures in four straight games, averaging 16.8 points, 4.3 rebounds, 5.8 assists, and 1.3 steals in that stretch.
