Savoie Returns to NHL with Three-Point Performance for Oilers

Matt Savoie made a significant impact in his return to the NHL for the Edmonton Oilers on Wednesday, scoring a power-play goal on four shots and adding two assists in a 6-5 loss to the Ducks. The 22-year-old forward, back after a week in the AHL, appears to have secured a middle-six role. Savoie now has 10 goals and 11 assists for 21 points, along with 83 shots on net, 29 blocked shots, and a minus-2 rating through 59 appearances this season, aiming to provide crucial depth scoring.
