The alleged incident occurred after she reportedly sneaked out to see her boyfriend, with Beverley stating he found her, a minor, alone with an 18-year-old man. Beverley's attorneys maintained his innocence, and Beverley expressed gratitude on X following the decision. He last played for the Milwaukee Bucks in the 2023-24 season.
