Kon Knueppel Drains Seven Threes, Scores 33 Points in Hornets' Loss

Charlotte Hornets' Kon Knueppel delivered a strong offensive performance in Friday's 118-113 loss to the Cavaliers, logging 33 points (11-20 FG, 7-15 3Pt, 4-5 FT), six rebounds, two assists, and one steal over 37 minutes. He paced the Hornets' offense, tallying 27 of his points between the second and third quarters. This marks the third time this season Knueppel has connected on seven triples, just one shy of his career high. He is expected to operate in an elevated role against the Wizards on Sunday due to Miles Bridges' suspension.
