Norman Powell (back) Confirmed for All-Star Game Debut

Norman Powell (lower-back tightness) is set to play in Sunday's All-Star Game, as reported by Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald. He missed Miami's final two games before the All-Star break but will make his first All-Star appearance. The veteran swingman is having a career-best year, averaging 23.0 points, 3.6 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 1.2 steals in 30.6 minutes per game across 45 regular-season outings for the Heat.
