Two-Time Champion Damian Lillard Joins 3-Point Contest Field

Two-time champion Damian Lillard is a surprising addition to the 2026 NBA 3-Point Contest field, despite not playing all season due to a torn Achilles. Lillard, a 9-time All-Star, suffered his injury with the Milwaukee Bucks in Game 4 of the 2025 NBA Playoffs. He is currently 5th all-time in three-pointers made, bringing significant star power to the long-range shooting showcase.
