Ja Morant Remains with Grizzlies Amid Injury Rehab & Uncertain Return

Ja Morant remains with the Memphis Grizzlies despite trade speculation, with GM Zach Kleiman stating "outside noise" is overblown and the team has been "incredibly supportive." Morant is currently rehabbing a left elbow sprain that has sidelined him for the last seven games, and his return this season is a "medical determination." He is averaging 19.5 points and 8.1 assists in only 20 games this season, which has been marked by injuries and past suspensions, including a 25-day ban for conduct detrimental to the league.
