Luke Kennard Joins Lakers in Trade, Bolsters Shooting Depth
Luke Kennard was traded from the Atlanta Hawks to the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday in exchange for Gabe Vincent and a 2032 second-round pick. The Lakers acquired Kennard, a career 44.2 percent three-point shooter, to bolster their wing depth and add much-needed shooting. He is expected to play a modest role with the second unit. Kennard can be considered questionable for his team debut in Saturday's game against Golden State.
