Chet Holmgren Ruled Out Wednesday with Back Issue, Usage Expected to Rise

Chet Holmgren (back) will not play Wednesday against the Spurs, as the Thunder are resting multiple players for the second leg of a back-to-back set. Isaiah Hartenstein (eye) is also out. With Holmgren sidelined, Jaylin Williams and Branden Carlson could see healthy workloads. Additionally, with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (abdomen) out through the All-Star break, Holmgren is expected to see a sizeable uptick in usage upon his return.
