Anfernee Simons Traded to Bulls in Vucevic Swap, Crowding Backcourt

Anfernee Simons has been traded to the Chicago Bulls from the Boston Celtics in a deal for Nikola Vucevic and second-round picks. This move crowds Chicago's backcourt, potentially impacting Simons' playing time. With Boston, he averaged 16.9 points, 2.7 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.0 steals, and 3.1 three-pointers in 26.6 minutes over his last 10 games. Simons is currently on an expiring contract, with the Celtics acquiring Vucevic for Simons and a second-round pick, also taking a step toward ducking the luxury tax while adding a big man.
