Kevin Huerter (Back) Traded to Pistons in Three-Team Deal

Kevin Huerter, currently dealing with a back issue, was acquired by the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday in a three-team trade involving the Bulls and Timberwolves. Huerter and Dario Saric were sent to Detroit, while Jaden Ivey and Mike Conley went to Chicago. Huerter is expected to play a significant role with the Pistons, though he faces competition for wing playing time from Ronald Holland, Javonte Green, and Caris LeVert. In his last eight games, he averaged 8.5 points, 4.6 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 1.6 three-pointers in 22.2 minutes.
