Marchenko Sidelined by Illness, Misses Tuesday's Game vs. Devils

Kirill Marchenko (illness) will not play against the Devils on Tuesday, ending his four-game point streak. The Columbus Blue Jackets winger is sidelined due to an illness, as reported by Jeff Svoboda. The team hopes to have Marchenko available for Wednesday's game against the Blackhawks. In his absence, Isac Lundestrom will step into a first-line role for Tuesday's tilt. Marchenko's absence is a blow to the Jackets' offense, but his potential return Wednesday offers a quick turnaround.
