Victor Hedman Activated from IR, Set to Return After 22-Game Absence

Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Victor Hedman (elbow) has been activated from injured reserve as of February 1, 2026, ending a 22-game absence. He is expected to return to the lineup against Boston on Sunday, likely slotting into a top-pairing role and seeing power-play time. Prior to his injury, Hedman recorded 12 assists, 25 shots on net, 29 blocked shots, and eight hits across 18 appearances this season.
