Lauri Markkanen cleared to return for Jazz after seven-game absence

Lauri Markkanen (illness) is available to play Tuesday against the Clippers, ending a seven-game absence. The Jazz forward was reportedly very ill, and the team may ease him back into action with a modest workload. Due to the cautious approach, random maintenance days are anticipated for Markkanen throughout the remainder of the season.
