Cameron Johnson Remains Out Indefinitely with Knee Bone Bruise

Denver Nuggets forward Cameron Johnson (knee) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Pistons. He has not played since December 23 due to a bone bruise in his right knee. Johnson is expected to be re-evaluated soon, but until an update on his progress is provided by the Nuggets, the 29-year-old forward should be considered week-to-week.
