Tari Eason Out Friday for Rest and Ankle Injury Management

Tari Eason will not play Friday against the Pistons due to rest and left ankle injury management. He logged 28 minutes in Thursday's overtime loss to the 76ers. Eason is presumably expected to return to action on Monday against Memphis. Josh Okogie and Clint Capela are candidates for increased involvement in his absence.
