Cade Cunningham Cleared to Play Friday vs. Rockets After Hip/Illness

Detroit Pistons guard Cade Cunningham (hip/illness) has been officially cleared to play in Friday's game against the Houston Rockets. He was initially upgraded to probable after participating in shootaround, signaling his return from a one-game absence. This month, Cunningham has averaged 21.5 points, 10.2 assists, 4.5 rebounds, 1.3 blocks, and 1.2 steals in 34.2 minutes over six games, despite shooting 36.3 percent from the field. Daniss Jenkins will likely return to the second unit.
