Roman Josi Plays 1,000th Game, Assists in Predators' Comeback Win
Nashville Predators captain Roman Josi played his 1,000th career NHL game on Thursday against the Ottawa Senators, becoming the first player in franchise history to achieve this milestone entirely with the Predators. He assisted on the tying goal in the Predators' 5-3 comeback victory. A four-time NHL All-Star and 2020 Norris Trophy winner, Josi has tallied 198 goals and 554 assists for 752 points in 999 games. Despite a 2025 POTS diagnosis, he is 100% healthy this season and is preparing for the 2026 Olympics.
