Derrick White Rests Friday, Expected Back Saturday

Derrick White (rest) will not play Friday against Brooklyn, as reported by Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site. This is a simple maintenance day, not an injury, on the front end of a back-to-back set. He is presumably expected to return to the lineup Saturday against the Bulls. With White sidelined, Baylor Scheierman and Anfernee Simons could see increased roles for the Boston Celtics on Friday.
