Kel'el Ware Returns to Miami for Hamstring Treatment, Out Indefinitely

Miami Heat center Kel'el Ware (hamstring) has returned to Miami to receive treatment for his injury. He has been officially ruled out for Thursday's game against Portland, marking his second consecutive missed contest. With Ware receiving treatment away from the team, his status for upcoming games, including Saturday in Utah and Sunday in Phoenix, is in serious doubt. The Heat are expected to utilize smaller lineups in his absence, potentially leading to increased minutes for Nikola Jovic. He is considered day-to-day, but his return timeline is uncertain.
