Alex Lyon Returns from Injury, Starting Tuesday vs. Predators

Buffalo Sabres goaltender Alex Lyon is set to return to the crease, starting Tuesday against the Predators after missing nine games due to a lower-body injury. Lyon had backed up Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen on Monday. Given Luukkonen's strong play in Lyon's absence, the Sabres' goaltending situation is expected to become a timeshare moving forward, as Lyon makes his anticipated return to action.
