Matthew Knies Cleared to Play Against Wild Despite Lower-Body Concern

Matthew Knies (lower body) is confirmed to play in Monday's home game against the Wild, despite earlier being a game-time decision and missing warmups due to an undisclosed issue. The Maple Leafs winger will skate on the second line with Matias Maccelli and John Tavares. Knies has been managing an issue recently, leading him to skip practices for maintenance. This season, he has recorded 12 goals, 40 points, 90 shots on net, and 99 hits in 45 appearances. Jacob Quillan is a healthy scratch.
