Steven Stamkos Fined $2,500 for Unsportsmanlike Conduct

Nashville Predators forward Steven Stamkos was fined $2,500 by the NHL for unsportsmanlike conduct towards Vegas Golden Knights defenseman Jeremy Lauzon during Saturday's game. While on the bench, Stamkos stuck his stick blade under Lauzon's visor during an altercation, an act disputed as an attempt to protect a teammate. This marks Stamkos's third career fine from the league.
