Alex Lyon Returns to Practice Sunday, Eyes Imminent Return from Lower-Body Injury

Buffalo Sabres goaltender Alex Lyon (lower body) participated in Sunday's practice, as reported by Rachel Lenzi of The Buffalo News. This marks a significant step in his recovery, as Lyon has missed nine consecutive outings while on injured reserve. According to Lenzi, Lyon could potentially return to the lineup within the next four games, coinciding with Buffalo's upcoming five-game road trip starting Monday against Carolina. His return would provide a boost to the Sabres' goaltending depth.
