Marcus Smart Exits Game with Injury After Scoring 25 Points

Los Angeles Lakers guard Marcus Smart scored 25 points in Saturday's 132-116 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers before exiting the game midway through the fourth quarter. He went down amid a pile of players in the lane and eventually limped to the locker room, never to return. The extent of his injury was not immediately known. His departure added to the Lakers' injury woes, who were already playing without several key starters.
