Logan Thompson to Start Tuesday vs. Canadiens Amidst Recent Struggles

Washington Capitals goaltender Logan Thompson is confirmed to start Tuesday's home game against the Canadiens, as reported by Sammi Silber of The Hockey News. Thompson has faced a challenging stretch recently, securing only one win in his last five appearances, posting a 1-3-1 record with a 2.80 goals-against average and a .908 save percentage. Despite the recent struggles, if he can maintain those ratios, he could challenge for the 30-win mark with more offensive support. He will look to improve his record and performance against Montreal.
