Jakob Chychrun Out Sunday Due to Illness, First Miss of Season

Jakob Chychrun will not be available for Sunday's game in Nashville due to an illness, marking his first missed game of the season. The Washington Capitals' left-shot defenseman is expected to be replaced in the lineup by Trevor van Riemsdyk. His absence against the Predators will also lead to Rasmus Sandin receiving an increased workload on the blue line. The Capitals' next game is scheduled for Tuesday against the Canadiens.
